Out-of-hours P1 incident response (system down / critical) with on-call engineers and established runbooks. Monitoring and alert triage continue 24/7; non-P1 requests are handled in business hours unless otherwise agreed. Includes 1 P1 incident/month (up to 4 out-of-hours engineer hours) plus an RCA write-up. Extra out-of-hours time is billed at £275/hr with a 2-hour minimum per callout.
